ORGANIZATIONAL EXPECTATIONS

The method used by employers to co-operate with employees,  directly affect the relationship between them. Employer and employee both have responsibilities, rights & expectations. These two connect with each other and build Organizational success.

 

Employee expectations

Employee expectations are mainly combined with the HR Management of an organization. It mainly impacts production and improvement. Employees leave the job if they are not satisfied with the job role. Job expectations vary from each other.

 Country, Society, Age limit, Present job situation, Economy, High expenses are some key components that affect job expectations.

According to (Dundon,2010 cited in George Kafui Agbozo et al., 2018),

  •   Motivating, rewarding and satisfying job role                 
  •   Security in the working environment
  •   promotions and appriciations
  •   Involvement in work-related decision making
  •   Opportunities for training and development                
  •   Equal opportunities 

are some expectations of employees.

Employer expectations

Employers want to full fill proper attitudes and ethics among their employees to complete their organizational goals.

Age of employees, position, own attitude personality, job experience, personal relationships mainly impact employer expectations.

According to (Indeed Editorial Team, 2021)

Employer expectations are

·        Make a better work environment with positive attitudes.

·        Being on time builds up a successful employee career automatically.

·        Employers want employees to be efficient and effective where they can drive towards the goal.

·        Employees to help each other, therefore building up their unity among co-workers.

·        Employers need every employee to enhance their personal skills.

·        Communication is a must to share ideas and problems.

·        All the projects to be completed before meeting the deadline.

·        Self-motivation of employees and willingly engage in work without force.

·        Employees to minimize their infirmities by practice.

Conclusion

Employee expectation and employee expectation are combined with each other in any organizational structure. A happy workforce can drive towards success and Job satisfaction.
