Employer and employee both have responsibilities, rights & expectations.
These two connect with each other and build Organizational success.
Employee expectations
Employee expectations are mainly combined with the HR Management of
an organization. It mainly impacts production and improvement. Employees leave
the job if they are not satisfied with the job role. Job expectations vary from
each other.
Country, Society, Age limit, Present job situation, Economy, High expenses are some key components that affect job expectations.

are some expectations of employees.
Employer expectations
Employers want to full fill proper attitudes and ethics
among their employees to complete their organizational goals.
Age of employees, position, own attitude personality, job
experience, personal relationships mainly impact employer expectations.

Employee expectation and employee expectation are combined
