In an ever-changing field of business, employee training and development is an essential task. Employee Training and Development, it is important to add new knowledge and skills to the employee and to update existing ones. Employees' skills and attitudes improve during development. After industrialization, companies fought with each other and each company maintained a unique identity. An example of this is the increase in industrial production by incorporating new technology.

Training is unique to each profession and includes on-site teaching, field teaching, informal teaching, and oversight. Employee training is done in a formal as well as informal manner so that the employee can directly gain practical experience and knowledge. (Association for Talent Development, 2021)

Internal trainers or external trainers of the organization can be used for this purpose.

Help can be obtained by using digital assets for this purpose.

Internal training, as well as external training and on-the-job training, can be used.

After employee training and development programs, management should monitor how employees then interact with the job.

  1. In any Department without training cannot expect a better result, most of the time employees will not apply new strategies, therefore training and development will play vital role.

  2. Training and development are highly connected with improving employee competency. This supports the organization with a knowledgeable workforce that supports the organization in proper decision making, setting archivable goals, reaching it with a boost and becoming successful.
